Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how The Architect (workertoarchitect.com) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit the site or purchase our digital products.
01

Information We Collect

We collect only minimal personal information, as needed to provide our services and improve your user experience:

  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device details, language preferences, and pages visited (collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools; analytics cookies are collected only with your consent, as described in Section 04).
  • Payment confirmation: upon completing a purchase, we receive a basic clearing confirmation from our payment processor (Tranzila), in order to grant you access to the downloadable file.
  • Contact details for product delivery: the name and email address you provide at checkout, used to send the download link and any order-related communication.
02

Payment Security

We do not collect, process, or store credit card details or financial information on our servers. All transactions are securely processed by our payment provider, Tranzila, which complies with the PCI-DSS standard. During checkout, communication takes place directly with the payment provider's encrypted infrastructure.

03

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Delivering the purchased digital product — generating a secure download link and sending it to the email provided.
  • Communication directly related to your order (for example, resolving a download issue).
  • Maintaining the security and technical integrity of the site.
  • Understanding how many people visit the site and where they come from, using statistical data (only with your consent).
04

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. This site uses two types:

Essential cookies: required to operate the site and to complete the checkout and download process. They work without consent and cannot be turned off through the site.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): to understand how many people visit the site and where they come from, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. It collects data such as pages viewed, visit duration, referral source, device and browser type, and general location. These cookies are activated only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and are stored for up to two years. The data is processed by Google and may be stored on servers outside Israel. We do not use advertising tools or targeted advertising.

Hosting provider cookies: our web hosting provider (GoDaddy) may set its own statistics cookies to measure traffic and site performance. These cookies are set by the hosting provider regardless of your choice in the cookie banner, and the data collected through them is processed by the provider. We do not use them for advertising.

Data stored in your browser: the site stores your cookie banner choice and the language that was selected or detected in your browser, so that you are directed to the appropriate version. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Managing your consent: you may change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link, or through your browser settings by deleting cookies. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site, purchase, or download the book.

05

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share only necessary information with trusted external service providers who assist us in operating the site: our payment processor (Tranzila), our web hosting provider, and Google (the Google Analytics service, as described in Section 04, and only with your consent).

06

Your Rights Regarding Your Information

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (such as your name and email). Since we do not store credit card details, most technical usage data is anonymous. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

07

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any change will be published on this page along with an updated revision date.
